Welcome to B4 Lago Verde
B4 is a lovely newly renovated ground floor apartment in the Lago Verde Suites, located in Puerto del Carmen old town.
We have a beautiful panoramic sea view from our balcony, where you can watch stunning sunrises and sunsets. The swimming pool and 'Pool Shack' bar are located below our apartment, only a few steps away. You can grab food and drink from the family-run pool side bar and relax in the sunshine with a cocktail (or two)!
The small Lago Verde community is well maintained by friendly and helpful site management, who often live in the apartments for a good part of the year and are always happy to have a chat. The clientele are usually a mix of British, Irish and Northern Europeans. Our apartment is great for couples, families and small group getaways. Only 10 minutes away you will find the Old Town Harbour which has some great traditional restaurants, excellent bars and boat excursions running in and out of the marina.
